    Hi folks,

anyone out there no if there is a procedure for resetting a Denon dvd player? Like a hard boot if you might call it that?

eg: hold play + fast forward and switch it on!

I would like to reset mine back to factory defaults if poss.

Check out the firmware upgrade instructions on my FAQ (see my sig) - this has the procedure for how to "INITIALISE" the player. This should reset the settings...

    6) Initialization: Turn off the power once, and then turn on again. While holding the
"SKIP FORWARD" (>>|) and "PLAY" (>) buttons simultaneously, press the "OPEN/CLOSE" button for
longer than 3 seconds until the display reads "INITIALIZE".
