Denon DVD2910 DVI question.

    hi, i have a panny 300 pj wich has a dvi input. i have connected a denon dvd2910 dvd player using dvi set to 480p and...........nothing!
    i have used my pj with a computer dvi and it works but pic quality was a lil well ropey. hence trying out the dvd player.
    HEEEEEELLLLLLP! :suicide:
    does anyone know where im going wrong?

    Is the AE300 DVI input HDCP compliant. Sounds as though maybe not but I don't know the AE300. Others should be able to confirm. Good luck.

    Yep. If the display isnt HDCP, Any new DVD players HDMI and DVi wont work!

    Check before you buy a new projector or display! Older displays have DVi for PC use, not for DVD player use.
