I have a bit of a predicament! I originally wanted to buy the Denon DHT-550SD but then realised I could get a receiver and the same set of speakers used on the all-in-one. Apart from that I don't need another DVD player. So I thought I'd go for the Denon AVR-2105 receiver and SYS-550SD speakers.

The question I want to ask is:

Will the sound for movies be better on the Separate receiver and speakers or on the All-in-one?
I hope the answer is the separate receiver sounds better.

    Can anyone clarify this?

Better? I very much doubt you would find any significant difference
