    Hi,

I've just taken delivery of my Denon DHT-500SD and installed it. On the whole it sounds fine, but one of the first things I noticed is that the surround speakers distort with a buzzing noise on the title screens (root menu) of "House of flying daggers".

I'm using the full run of stock speaker cables provided with the package.

Has anyone else noticed this? Like i say, it sounds fine when the movie is playing, but its quite irritating that this is the first thing you get when you put your first dvd in!

    Thoughts anyone?

I have had the dht-500sd for a few months and have not had that problem, nor have I heard about it in reviews or forums. Check with other dvd´s and if you don´t hear the buzzing noice it´s probably something wrong with your dvd-disc.

    Cheers! /Denzel
