Denon AVRS750H and Bell 6131 receiver

I recently replaced an old Pioneer Audio Receiver with a Denon AVRS750H. It is installed with a Bell 6131 Satellite Box. I have it all working properly, except every day when I turn on the system, I get "System Integrity Check 770" on the Satellite and it has to go through the process every day and reboots it.
I have tried all of the following and I still get the error everyday:
1) Turned off CEC on Denon Receiver
2) Switched HDMI cable with another system I know was working
3) Replaced the Bell 6131 Receiver
4) Switched the Bell 6131 Receiver with another identical one in the house
5) Disconnected External Hard Drive

When I bypassed the Denon Receiver, the problem went away. I left it bypassed for over a week. Everything worked, but that means I can't use the sound on my Receiver when I watch TV.

Any suggestions: This has been doing it since I got it in mid February. It must be something that is set up wrong on the Denon receiver that is causing my Bell Satellite box to reboot everyday.
