    Hi,

    Can anybody help a beginner?

I have a Denon AVR2105, and want to be able to use it to recored from an input source on TV/DBS channel to a DVD Recorder connected (In + Out) to the VCR-1 channel.

If I set my REC out selector to TV/DBS, should that be it? Does the receiver default to sending the REC out signal to VCR-1?.....or can you influence whether it goes out to VCR-1 or VCR-2 ? (I did wonder if the video select was related to this, but I now don't think it is.)

I've then set my input source to VCR-1, and although I can hear the TV/DBS Signal, I cannot see it on the TV. Everything is connected via S-Video, and I've defiinitely got the S-Video to SCART lead into the right S-Video enabled SCART input on the TV, because other S-Video Signals make it to the TV OK, just not through the REC-Out.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Andy, Huddersfield.
