Denon AVR-4311 or AVR-3312 to replace my 10SE?

Looks like I'm finaly in the position to replace my trusty old Denon 10SE amp which is starting to fail.

Needs to be able to drive my M&K speaker setup.

M&K 55 MkII Left, Centre & Right.
M&K 55 Tripole surrounds.
M&K 550THX rears.
M&K VX-7 MkII sub.

The AVR-4311 looks a great amp and can get it for around £1,400. Looking at the specs of the AVR-3112 I'm guessing this will come in at a slightly lower price point.

Any reason to get the AVR-3112 over the AVR-4311 because I can't see an obvious one?

Cheers for any info or suggestions.
