With HiFiBitz selling off the TAG power amps for £350 I wondered if there would be any point in buying 3 to use instead of the power amp section of my Denon AVC-A1D. The TAGs are only 60W where the Denon kicks out close to 170W@3%Thd but I'm guessing they should be a bit more musical... Has anyone tried this sort of thing? An alternative is to just buy one for the front speakers but I'm not sure whether the gain would match?

    Any advice appreciated

    Cheers
    Simon
