I wired everything up as per instructions but when i press the system setup button on the remote nothing happens and i cant get the setup menu to appear on the tv.

    Hi

Have you set the remote to AMP? It should say this in it's little display.

The 3802 will only output the OSD via composite & S-Video. If you only have a component connection to your screen then you wont get the OSD, so just connect a cheap RCA to RCA lead for setup.

    Mark.
