    We here in aussie land only have the 3802 is this the case in the UK!! why do the yanks get the 4802 is it just the size of their market that allows companies like Denon to treat the USA different to us

    The AVC-11SR is the European equivalent to the AVR-4802, i.e. it's an amp (no tuner). Don't think the 4802 will be available here either.

    American's like Receivers, e.g. Yamaha sells only the RX-V1 over there and not the DSP-AX1.

    However, as the 11SR is fairly new - I am not even sure if it's available already in Europe - the release in Australia may ony be a matter of time ...

    The avc11 is available in england.
