Well the other half is off to do the family thing and I have done all the jobs planned for the bank holiday - so I am going to take advantage of the nice weather and stay inside and get all my AV gear set up
Just need some advice before I go and do things
Have a Denon 4306 which has the Kef KHT 3005 speaker package attached
Can I just confirm the following ......
(1) Run auto set-up in as many positions as I can (this should be 6)
(2) Change the speakers back to small (Denon ALWAYS detects as Large)
(3) Change the bass roll-off from Advanced to 80Hz
(4) Change basas output to LFE+Mains as apposed to just LFE
Should this then pretty much guarantee me the best for my room when running in Audyssey mode ?
Are there any other hints or tips I should be aware of ?
What is the differerence between LFE+MAIN and LFE ?
And lastly what are the EXT IN (subwoofer volume adjusment) and INPUT FUNCTION LEVEL menus for ?
Yes I know I should read the manual but it seems to have been misplaced in the house move
Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance for any help
