Do any Denon 3910 owners or anyone in the know whether the Denon Link - currently 3rd generation has had its SACD output "ratified" yet?
In other words does it pass through the sacd track when played through your amp (presumably a 3805)

    cheers

As far as I am aware the current 3805, 3910 and the like will require a further firmware upgarde for SACD over Denon Link. I had this confirmed by Denon CS about 10 days ago. Not sure that counts for much :D but that's what they said.

Denon rang me back just now with no real news of course. He hinted that Sony might have an issue with an RJ45 socket being used as apparently it could be hooked up to a network and some nice little linux apps could be written to do i know not what...maybe they just want too much for the license...who knows!
