Denon 3805 and subwoofer

Just hooked up my 3805 and everything seems to be working fine apart from the subwoofer. The subwoofer is part of a Cambridge Audio PC theatre setup. I have plugged it into where it says in the manual put there is no output from the sub whatsoever. Does anybody know the reason for this?

Go through the amps menus - probably in the speaker setup it'll want to know if you have a sub; tell it you have and you should get .1 activity.

Have looked there and I have put yes next to the Sub option in the speaker setup
