Denon 3802 setup menu via component

    I am trying to access the denon setup OSD menu via component, but get no display...


    Is there anyway this can be done... the manual states something about this..

    If it's like my Denon AVC A11SR the OSD is only output on composite and s-video. This is done to get the best PQ possible on component output.

    Yep I can confirm that the 3802 OSD is only available with composite or s-vid - look at the rear and there is a composite and s-vid socket marked Monitor
