Is there any way to reassign the digital inputs on my denon 3802 without using the OSD. It's being used as an amp with my computer, and I don't have a video input on my graphics card. The manual insists that I have to use the OSD to reassign the digital inputs via the OSD, but I'm sure there must be a way with the remote control and the buttons on the front... unless I'm very much mistaken.

Basically, I want the DVD audio input to be optical 1. Eventually I also will have my CDP input at optical 2, but that can wait a bit.

I don't think so. To be honest, Denon's are so easy to setup with the OSD that I've never tried without it. Could you not pinch a small portable TV for a while just to use it for quick setup?

I'm going to borrow a mate's TV tonight, I think it'll be lighter and easier than lugging the thing downstairs to his TV to be honest.
