Denon 2808CI help with Audyssey needed

I ran Audyssey successfully the first time, but I wasn't getting any output from the subs when watching TV, so I tried to run it again. It's giving me an error that speakers or mic are not detected. I plugged and unplugged the mic, powered off and back on--nothing works. Any suggestions? Also, any advice on setup as I am running two Atlantic Technology 352 PBM subs with variable inputs and low pass filters.

Make sure your sub is plugged into the right place on the Denon, I made that mistake. It is the black sw square in the back. Also make sure sub is at highest freq. level ex. 120 on sub and volume is at half way.
On sub line in. run line out to the other sub from your main sub. This should work.
I am having problems with my centre not sounding right. What levels is yours at?
You can check levels through manual setup freguency check.
I have owned this since before xmas and still tweeking.
