Have 2 satellite speakers wired to the Zone 2 outputs and they are working with my iPod connected into the audio inputs of the DBS channel. Can select the same source for Zone 1 or a different source and everything works fine.

    However...

...my Sky + box and CD player and connected into the Optical 1 and 2 sockets. Not a problem for Zone 1 - TV sound is fine when I select the TV (image via component out) and ditto for CD.

    But...

when I select CD or TV as the source for Zone 2 - nothing, no sound or anything.

Does anyone have any bright ideas ???

I obviously need to tell the amp that the Zone 2 audio input for TV and CD is via the Opt-1 and Opt-2 channels but I can't see how or where to do this (and the manual is hopeless...). Zone 1 seems to have picked this up automatically, so why not for Zone 2 as well ???

    Help please...

AFAIK Zone 2 only accepts input from the Analog connections, not Digital.
