    Hi Guys

I'm in the process of upgrade my AV stuff. I'm more concerned about future improvements and the maturing of HD material on DVD and TV.

Does or will a reciever have any part to play in processing HD material? I'm hoping i can buy the Denon 2805 and just replace my TV and 2910 DVD player when HD (HD-DVD) becomes more affordable/available.

I feel like im upgrading right in the middle of a transitional period and i dont want my HQ kit to be outdated in 2 years time when HD is affordable and maintsteam. :(

    Thanks in advance!
