Denon 1920 or other options?

Hi
I am currently using my xbox 360 as a dvd player and i'm just about fed up with the picture enough to spend some cash on a dedicated player.
My current setup is Sharp 37" GA4e, Denon 2805 which i use for component video switching, and MS Genies.
I was going to buy a Denon 1920 to match my kit and becuase of all the reviews but i was also considering some higher end kit that could be had for not much more money second hand or ex dem.
One player i may be able to stretch to is the arcam dv88 or 89.
What other options could i consider.
I dont really need divx (provided by Media Center and my xbox 360)
I dont really need MP3 (as above)
I will be using component connection.
Thanks in advance

I've got similar equipment, GA5e, Xbox360, Denon 2805 and a 1920. I cannot fault the 1920. There have been problems with lipsync when upscaling through HDMI, but there is a firmware upgrade to fix this.

I don't know anything on the Arcam's but the 1920 through component is superb.
