Hi Folks, My old trusty 1910 has recently started to make strange oscillating high-pitched tones coming from the Surround speakers. Generally if left off for a while and only when the source is 5.1/DTS... any of the stereo modes are ok.

Anyone come across anything like this before?

Time for a new Receiver? (I've bypassed the video inputs ages ago so only use it for audio).

I have the following sources going through it: Xbox one S - which I use for all my viewing content), Turntable, Wifi Streamer (Allo Boss).

Any suggestions on a good replacement?

It's driving a pair of B&W 705s, a Rel Quake and 3 satellites in a small room.

Might be worth a full factory reset

Off to the shop you go! :D :D
