Denon 1910 Low oopping noise then turns off

Standard Member
Hi I've had my Denon 1910 for about a year now.
Last couple months I have been intermittently getting a low level popping noise coming from all speakers. Fixing it buy turning the amp off / turning sub off and magically its fixed for a few days. I can listen to the amp all weekend perfectly then turn it on today and it starts popping away. Today the poping noise actually caused the amp to shut down and the powerlight flashed red.
To temp fix I shut down the amp and disconnected sub, tightened connections on back of amp and powered on and it seems ok again .

Has anyone had this before? My last denon amp was solid, this things is doing my nut in.

Think the processor is its way out?
