Odd... I just woke up today, and my Denon 1803 won't work. I can power it up, I see the little power light, and hear a relay go click inside, that is normal. But the display never comes on. I tried unplugging everything, all they way down to JUST A/C, and it still does the same thing. Tried the microprocessor reset as the manual says, still doesn't work.

Hmm, me thinks my 1803 is fried somehow, not really what I wanted to deal with right now. Anybody have any ideas? If this could have just waited 6 months or so, I would have been more interested in buying a new nicer receiver, but... I really don't have the cash right now. Oh well. I wonder how much the repair shop will charge. Its $40 straight up, then they inspect it and give me a quote.
