Does anyone have experience of either of these AV Amps?

I am looking to run the centre and rears from them (front Dynaudio 52s via the Nad C370 hi-fi amp), so pre outs are important.

I know the Marantz is cheaper, and doesn't have 6 channel facility, which may count if I convert to DVD-A or SACD in future, though this is not an issue now.

Any other significant differences I should know about?

    Cheers for any advice

PS the DVD player will be the Toshiba 210

Just bought then Denon AVR1802. Very pleasedwith it. Nice musical sound. PL2 is great for TV and videos. It doesn't have 6.1 sound (need the next model up for that), but that's not important to me. Lots of imputs, fairly easy to set up. Only problems is that the remote design is poor, and doesn't have a good range. Also I've been having problems with the transformer buzzing a lot when on for more than a couple of hours. Bought from QED for about £370 and they're sending someone out to look at it.
Anyone had similar problems like this with a buzzing transformer?
