Dell XPS 13 or Asus Zenbook UX31

Right I'm in the market for an ultrabook as my PC is starting to struggled with multitasking and I love the design and engineering of these little ultrabooks. Has anyone got any real world experience of either of the two above?

Probably going to be picking one up 2nd hand or refurbed from ebay and both of them seem to sell around the £600 mark.

morgan computers have some asus at the moment....

Never heard of them but they do have the UX31 at £599 with 12 months warranty. Are they a refurb company or something? Anyone bought from them? I'd almost settled on the dell but like the idea of buying with a warranty and the asus was the 1st one I fancied
