Dell outlet

hi does anyone know if you can buy a laptop off the dell outlet website in the Republic of Ireland?....... or failing that Northern Ireland.....

Im also a bit confused by it..... would i be buying a brand new and unused laptop?

the majority of Dell Outlet stuff will be reconditioned or returned....some of the returns may not even have been used however...they may have simply been shipped with a wrong component and the buyer notices on the document before opening.......they will generally be as good as new though although you might find something on the hard drive if they forgot to exchange it....heh

if it has an almost new price it means it was an unopened return, if it has a cheaper price it may been returned because of a cosmetic issue or a fault they couldnt replace quickly so the customer was sent a brand new one.....

if its very cheap then its outdated technology (as far as their current model lineup is concerned....for example it might be one of the older P4's which i believe they dont sell anymore etc)
