You can no longer buy a new Dell Mini 9 from Dell's website - it has been superceded by the Mini 10v which has similar internals but a larger screen and keyboard:

I know, I had to order a refurbed one from NDC. I'd just talked myself into getting one, only to find the only place you could still get them was as part of a telephone contract, which I wasn't about to get lumbered with.

Just ordered a go-faster 32Gb replacement SSD for it too. Cost me another ton, but it seems like a good plan and really peps up the Mini-9 apparently.

No the Mini 10v has the same internals as a Mini 9 and Max 0SX has been successfully installed in it:
