    Can anyone tell me if the PSU in these PCs is proprietary or a standard ATX/P4?

    I presume you mean CPU (Central processing unit) not PSU (Power supply unit)

    The PSU is proprietry the CPU is not.

    Nope, I mean PSU - as in PSU with P4 connections.

    What is proprietary about the PSU - size, mountings or connectors?

    Dell used to have their own way of wiring up PSU's so double check & double check again if yours is to Dells spec or the ATX spec.
