    Hi,

It seems to me that the delivery stage is one area where many internet companies fall down.

I nearly always purchase stuff from the web when the company is bonded to a web-trading scheme like 'Which Web Trader'. I have had positive results using them in the past and their advice has always been constructive and helpful.

Imagine if you set up a delivery company that specialised in web delivery. If you purchased your goods from a site bonded to this company / scheme, you would know that your goods were safe and would be delivered at whatever time you want them to be delivered.

Companies that sell 24 hours a day should have 24 hr a day delivery to suit the consumers need.

    Just a thought...
