DekoMount - customer feedback please.

Having just had a very bad experience with Brackets(R)Us I thought I would quickly seek some feedback on DekoMount who advertise here and have a bracket which seems to fit my requirements - wall mounting a 20" Sony LCD TV.

So - has anyone used them recently?

Were they good?
