The R1 Collector's Edition 2 disc set, with DTS, anamorphic 16:9 and loads and loads of extras.

Get the R2 DTS version from CD-WOW - can be had for £5.49 if you know the right links and vouchers to use!

In terms of PQ and SQ the R1 collector's is hard to fault, cracking release.

If you're worried about cuts, the R2 has the injection scene reframed slightly so you see travolta's plunging finger but not the needle entering the vein. As for picture quality - it's a Tarantino film - PQ is not an issue. Extras and dts - not hugely impressed.
R1 has nicer packaging but is 3 times the price.

dan i think you'll find that the 2 disc r2 DTS edition is now UNCUT and not reframed. Although i could be wrong

    Hehe.

I got the R2 dts 2 disc for a fiver at cd-wow. The only bit I've seen so far is that bit (comparing with the original laserdisc)
