    Anyone haveing probs with orders from them at the moment.....???

    I had one disk sent out on the 29/8 which has not turned up yet and another sent out on the 3/9 which turned up today....normal they are good and arrive within a week....but i starting to get worried about the first one that got sent.

    If it doesn't turn up, after you send them about 4 or 5 e-mails, they will eventually reply and ask you to check with the Royal Mail. So you will try to contact the Royal Mail, only to be told that they can't tell you anything without a tracking number. So you will go back to DDD and they will agree to send you another one. They will then refund your card, and debit your card again, thereby ensuring that you lose some money on the exchange rate differences (not just since the date you ordered, but also on the differences in buying and selling exchange rates).

    Guess what? I haven't used them since ;)

    Yes dont use them again, both me and SG had problems with them.

    OH dear.....its not looking to good then......
    Funny how the suppliers are good one month and then crap the next.
    I can remember when they got the big :smashin: .

    Oh well...here we go.
    Dear DDD, my oredr has failed to arrive.......etc etc.:(

    Yes, I had a missing order from DDD as well. After sending two or three e-mails each time to get a reply, they eventually refunded my card, but once bitten...
