There was a thread recently here about delivery problems from this company but unfortunately I can't find it so have started another.

I ordered one dvd from them before I spotted the previous thread and I had an email stating that it had been despatched on 16th October.

After waiting 17 days I emailed the company and received this response :-

"Thank you for contacting DeepDiscountDVD.com!

We show that it takes 8-15 business days to be received by your local post office unless it is held by customs, then your delivery time depends on the local post office, it has taken up to 5 weeks to be delivered in the UK with past customers.

Please contact us if you have any questions."

They appear to be saying "don't contact us before five weeks"

I have already written this disc off mentally and ordered it again from ezydvd.com.au who managed to get it to me from the other side of the world within five days at a cheaper price.

Ian J,

The thread your looking for is the "Buy 2 Superbit titles Get 1 free" in the "offers" section!

I'm one of the people still waiting for my discs!

Best Regards,
KBDVD.

A little off-topic but DVDBoxoffice made me wait 8 weeks before they would acknowledge a non-delivery. Even then they decided to not reply to any of my emails so I got Visa to recover my money. I haven't ordered from DVDBoxOffice since and will stick to CD-Wow and Play from now on.

Groundy,

the difference between DVDBoxoffice and DeepDiscountDVD is that nobody who has ordered anything from the latter during October has received it yet.

That is worrying - I hadn't realised this.
