I’m going to be decorating my daughters bedroom in the coming weeks and have noticed a few small crack in the ceiling. What’s the best/easiest way of covering these up?

It's worth gouging the crack out with a Stanley knife to get rid of any loose stuff in it ....

Caulk
Lining paper
Thick paint @)
not sure lining paper is going to be an option due to the weird shame of the ceiling and the many beams. Re the Caulk, you'd use that over polyfilla?

Depending on the cracks depth/width you could fill it with Caulk instead of ployfilla as it is paintable.
