Decent motherboard either AMD or Intel CPU

Hi there guys,

I seem to be a little out of touch with the motherboard world these days. I was wondering if anyone could recommend to me a decent not too expensive mother board either AMD or Intel CPU. Looking at 775 socket and AMD2 or AMD3.

Do you have a preference for ATX/mATX, or one that has onboard graphics? Also, does it need to support SLI/Crossfire (i.e. 2x PCI-E graphics cards)? And what RAM support - DDR2 / DDR3?

Bought a Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P just before christmas, wonderful board, just lacking in a few bundled items. Got an AMD Athlon 240 overclocked to 3.7GHz and 2Gb of DDR3, GTS250 and I have myself a cheap gaming rig

Cool I have same CPU but my mobo limits overclocking
