Decent long 2 or 3M long power cable for ipad 3?

I've tried a few 3M non-Apple caherger cables from ebay but they never last and sometimes don't even haveenough current to charge an ipad. I bought a 3m long 10V one the other day and it blew with a bang.

So has anyone found a durable and reliable long cable capable of charging an ipad that isn't likely to fall apart in a few weeks and that meets UK standards?
