Decent Lighting for Filming?

Hey everyone

I wa slooking for some lighting for shooting some film and i came accross :

Faithfull Twin Site Light on Stand - 1000W FPPSL1000T/L at MP tools

now 1000w sounds pretty bright right? - Lighting the room/rooms/outside decently??

i'm sure white balence can alter the image to get true whites, but other than (i suppose) transportation, is there anything else?

It's bright, but light of that quantity from a single source is going to throw some serious shadows into relief. You'll probably want some kind of fill to reduce the shadows from the key light, and ideally a kicker if you're shooting in front of a backdrop.
