Saw this on another forum and thought I would mention it here.

You can pick up the Region 4 release of Deadwood Season 1 from EzyDVD for $36.21 (£15.64) + $9.50 (£4.10) shipping which comes too a little under £20

Compared to the £35/45 price tags that most retailers want for the Region 1 or Region 2 release this is a big saving.

Have never watched this before but for £20 I thought it was worth a look so have ordered it.

Very good deal indeed... may just go for this myself.

Worth noting however that Warner have screwed over non-R1 customers by removing all of the extras found on the R1 (much like they did with the West Wing sets). It's infuriating.

But still, considering the R1 will cost you about £25 more, this is a great deal. :)

    Thanks Indy.

If foul language (and it's very foul) offends then steer clear, but it is a very good drama.

Correct me if im wrong but i thought there are no customs charges for goods under £18.00 (excluding postage) so if the sets costs £15.64 before the postage charge is added you shouldnt get any customs charges

You are correct Battle, if the item is below £18 there will be no customs charges.

Yep no customs worries with this set, that is why I listed it, wouldnt have bothered if it was over the customs limit as it would then have been cheaper from DVDCrave.

Just thought I would mention that I recieved my Boxset today, came in a cardboard box so little to no dents or creases and it looks like a nice set, only thing that ruins it is the huge MA15+ rating on the front, and people think the BBFC logos are bad lol...
