Well, yes, actually. You haven’t had any other responses so trying the manufacturer, who should be able to answer your questions, is the obvious place to try. Or check the documentation. Or don’t bother and hang on to the vain hope that someone might eventually answer. Just because you post a question in these forums, there’s no guarantee of getting an answer.
