    Well, looks like I've got the first failure out of the new owners, no light on the front of the sub and no sound:(

    Phoned Richers at 10.00 this morning and there sending out a replacement and picking mine up on tuesday (I cannot be in on Monday). No quibble.

    Not happy that its failed but cant complain about the aftersales service!

    I think most of us know how crap the feeling is when hardware doesn't work, let's hope the replacement is fine and dandy.

    Just ordered mine from Richer Sounds in Cambridge....apparently they have 65 (!!!??) in the warehouse.

    You could have 2xStorm 1xServo15 1xStrata II :eek:

    I had a chat with a guy at RS HQ and he told me that 40 came over in this shipment and 'about half were left.

    I am praying that they don't all sell out before I can get the cash and persuade the wife - actually the cash isn't really the problem...it is persuading the wife to part with the cash

    what colour did you go for smurfin? when i rang up last friday to order none of my local stores had them and there was one left at the main warehouse via mail order (in black). Wouldn't have minded cherry tbh but it was here by monday which was nice :D

    heh currently I have 2 Storms in my living room, 1 Strata II and 1 Q-Bass 50 which is boxed up and ready to go.

    My living room feels like a damn AV shop right now!!!

    Just hope I can afford it when the Servo arrives!!!

    You never know, the replacement might have one as well then you can give one to me :D

    It looks the the mighty S15 is now a stock product again,the stock levels are all over the place.If anyone knows different say so,I am pondering adding another.If stocks are limited it may swing it.

    When I phoned up with the problem on mine he checked the stock and said black ones no problem! No exact numbers though.

    That's a shame. Mine is chugging away nicely at the moment. Still testing with an X30.

    My mate is a car bass freak and couldn't believe how low this beast went.

    He thought there were weaknesses with music though and I would say it's better with films than music.

    Tuesday came and went and Richers never turned up to replace my sub.

    Phoned them 10.00am Wed and what do you know, the bloke I spoke to last week forgot to action the replacement:mad: .The guy that took the call apologized profusuly in a monor that led me to beleive it was not the 1st time he had had to do so before promising to sort it out and get me one for Friday adding that he wouldn't blame me if I didn't believe that he would.

    Friday.

    Citylink turned up with new one and took away old one:D :D :D

    Even Richers can get it right eventually....at lerast its replaced and working and I'm happy again.:D
