Just to let you guys know how wonderful John Lewis are. I had 2 dead red pixels on my TV and was worried when phoning JL to report the fault that they were going to tell me that only 2 dead pixels is not covered by the warranty, but the guy on the phone told me that they will replace any TV even with only 1 dead pixel. His attitude was "if you pay that amount of money for a TV then it shouldnt have ANY faults"!!
2 days later my TV was replaced by a JL engineer. What a brillaint service by JL !!!!
