Dead pixel, scratch, hair under the screen?

I was hoping someone could help me identify what this is and if theres any way to fix it. The TV is a TCL R625.

Looks more like an insect than a hair to me. Unfortunately my LCDs get ruined most years from this too.
Hopefully it drops down for you eventually but if you want to avoid this in future then it seems getting an OLED is the only way to do so as they're sealed panels apparently.
 
Could it be a thrip/thunderflie?
 
It doesn't look like a dead pixel, but it doesn't belong there anyway. So eye can change it, do it.
