I've had my casio qv-r3 for almost 2 years now (since Feb. 2003) and been v. happy with its compact size and ease of use but recently i've noticed 2 'dead pixels' on the pictures i've taken. They're only really noticable in darker regions of the pictures.

Is 2 years a reasonable amount of time for this to happen or should i seek out the retailer/manufacturer with this problem? or am i being too picky?

Does this occur to all digital cameras eventually or is it just mine?

    thx.

I do not know if it will help but there are some threads on dead pixels here and here.
