Hi I came home last evening to find a dead dvr220. It was left plugged in during the day and there had been storms that caused next doors electricity to trip out, although ours stayed on. Have checked the plug fuse and swopped the power lead to no avail, so I guess its back to Pioneer with it. But they're only open 0900 - 1700 Mon -Fri!! How cr*p is that! Has anyone had any experience of Pioneers customer service (will I have to pay for the machine to go back to them?), or similar happenings to their 220?
