    Hi,

might have being covered before... but, just wondering if any-one has a list of movies that have the Dolby digital/DTS/THX trailers on them. Would like to create a demo disc out of these.

I have seen a few such as "THX" on the Aliens disk, "DTS(Piano)" from Galdiator..

    thanks,
    d.

Terminator 2 Ultimate addition has a customised version of the THX trailer can't remember it exactly, but I think the melted bits on the floor flow to form a T2 logo.

Columbia's Superbit releases have a different DTS trailer on which is alot 'louder' than the piano one.

Ta, DrPepper... had seen those vob files allright on cinenow.com, however with the IFO files its a drawn out procedure to put them onto DVD , easier to pull the individual bits off the original dvd's :)

I love those DTS trailers it's just a pity that every DTS film doesn't have one at the beginning. I think the best Dolby Digital one that I have seen is the one on Terminator 2, which also has a great DTS one as mentioned above

The DTS trailers (all 2 of em) are so old hat I frankly wouldn't really want to listen to either of them now. And the first one especially sounds cack...

Out of interest, I have those VOB files as well but no DVD writer.

Is it possible to put the Dolby or DTS trailers onto a CDR (they're pretty small) but still have the full multi channel mix?

Dedman, I got hold of those too but when I used the procedure and tested in PowerDVD I got an error saying invalid file format, did you have any hassle?

I think that Re-Animator has THX, DD and DTS logos on. The THX trailer is in DTS-ES when selecting DTS as the movie's soundtrack. The THX trailer is the weather globe one; DTS is a cleaned up version of the first "impact" trailer and I cant remember the DD one.

I've just downloaded these trailers too. I followed the instructions and burned them to a DVD.
I got no error messages, and the disc plays fine on both the PC and the desktop.

I didn't really know what I was doing or why, but the instructions were pretty clear.. and I managed it.
If it helps, at the final stage I used DVD shrink to produce a burnable image.
I couldn't fathom out how to do it in DVD Decryptor.
