No not Dying Light, the other one! Could have sworn there was a thread for this one, nothing came up in the search, and went though each page and nothing. Must be some supernatural forces at work here :)

Anyway, this is apparently out 8th of April at 11.99 and I personally am really looking forward to it.

Some nice new details over at playstationblog, they have some nice ideas for broadcast gaming, read on....

Hands-on with Daylight on PS4: Broadcasting your horror - PlayStation.Blog.EuropePlayStation.Blog.Europe

Sounds as though it has alot in common with Outlast, in that there are no weapons(only flares so perhaps a little Alan Wake too) and alot of running, but it looks much prettier than Outlast and the fact the enemies and scares are apparently randomly generated(or in the case of broadcasting, viewer controlled) should both take away that scripted feel, and add replay value.

Will post up some screenshots and maybe a gameplay video if I can find one, when I get home later.

I can't help feel a bit sorry for Atlus/Zombie Studios, releasing the following month from Outlast being so similar looking and free on PS+ is surely going to really hurt sales. I'll almost certainly be buying(unless the reviews make it out to be a stinker) as I do enjoy a good survival horrow game, and the price is a bit of a no-brainer(hehe).

Yes indeed, as soon as I saw Daylight a week or so ago, my first thought was this looks like Outlast and I'm unsure whether I'd play another outlast type game so soon.

Something I read yesterday which I forgot to mention, apparently this game supports 3D, happy with that news and could add nicely to the immersion [IMG]

Nice review on Eurogamer.net. I'll probably pick this up.

I think that's the only really positive one (which is odd as I find Eurogamer tend to skew a little lower sometimes as they use the whole 10 scale). All others seem to be rate it from average to a little low

    Polygon - 5/10
    IGN - 5.8/10
    Game Informer - 6/10
    Gamespot - 3/10

Sounds like this game has a lot of jump scares but isn't really that scary.

Don't think this is the horror game I am after but I might play it if it shows up as a game on PlayStation Plus.

    Gameplay is only two hours.

Seems that any replayability (is that a word?) is in the fact that the layout of the hospital constantly changes as you walk around it so you're constantly disorientated.
