I saw this movie going for cheap in HMV today. I was gutted as I bought it at full price only a short time ago. Great movie though :)

Yes, it could have been a lot worse. The opening of the film is extremely good. IMHO.

I also recommend the sequel, much better than a lot of other run-of-the-mill horror films out there. It's funny in places too!

Sorry which sequel? Or are you talking about the third part of the original Romero trilogy (or should I say quadrilogy).

OK, below is the cover art of the 2 versions of the remake and 2 of the versions of the original.
Should help anyone that is planning to buy it :)

The remake and its directors cut are on the left. The original is on the right. :)

The only way to go for with Dawn of the dead is buy the R1 ultimate boxset

If you want the Remake of Dawn of the dead get the R3 of it as it's the only true uncut version out there unlike the R2 and R1 of it

They mean that the breasts of the zombie were exposed and that is the bit that was censored.

True, but like I have said, the UK region 2 directors edition is fully uncut anyway, so all the scenes are in the movie. :)
