Bought a DAVS 500 a few weeks ago and I'm quite happy with it apart from one thing. In scenes where there are relatively large areas of pale colour, such as cloudy skies or even close ups of faces, there is a considerable 'movement' in the picture.

I know the s-video will not be as good as RGB could be but there seems to be no mention of this in reviews or in previous threads regarding picture quality. Any other owners have the same thing or is it likely to be a fault on my machine?

It's played through a Philips 36 inch WS which has good picture quality otherwise.
