Does anyone know if Dark Skies was ever released on DVD, if anyone knows can they let me know.

It was a sci fi series on channel 4 some years ago

    Hi Slowen,

Alas, only the double-length Pilot Episode and episodes 2 and 3 were released on sell-through VHS, (which you may be able to find in discount bins in some retail outlets, or larger branches of HMV, et al), but no DVD has ever been made available legitimately of either single episodes, or the entire (and only) First Season.

Sorry to bring you disappointing news. :( Try signing-up with TVShowsOnDVD.com. They might be the ones to help you. :)

slowen, did you also catch 'now and again' when it was shown - a really top scifi series, also canned, and also starring Eric Close. Infact Mr Close was in probably the best segment of 'Taken' as well.

    Hi,

"Taken" is quite good, but an aquired taste. Yes, it is out on DVD, in a five-disc boxed set, I believe, at about £40, give-or-take.

I thought "Taken" was so poor I never watched more than a few, "The 4400" was 10 times better and I did enjoy "Dark Skies".
