Had the Samsung 75” TU7020 since September and have noticed a dark cloud spot appear within the last few days that is visible on white or lightish backgrounds.
I’m sure it wasn’t there previously and it went when I messed with the settings last night a bit!! Turned it from Filmmaker to Dynamic mode and back but today it is still visible again and doing the same has no effect seemingly.
Is this a known problem that can occur or was it likely there from new?
I’m obviously in the 12 month warranty window and I bought it with 5yrs warranty but might of messed up and not registered it with Samsung (can’t find any correspondence).
