decided to take the plunge, and decided to purchase the dansai 852 yesterday.
it is a very good machine for the money, however have found one small niggle with.
when playing back dvd.cd,cdr,cd-rw the audio seems to be louder on the left channel more than the right channel.
however after setting the audio to co-axial the sound is well balanced.
any other dansai owners experiencing the same problem.
it only happens when audio is set to analogue output (not digital).
are there any remedies out there?
    will be much appreciated..
by the way the hack for multi-region use works a treat.

I'm not sure I understand - If the player works well on it's digital co-axial output why would you want to output analogue ?

the only reason i am using analogue instead of co-axial is because i have got co-axial looped through a minidisc player at the moment until i am able to purchase a decent ac3-dts reciever.
however i have to use analogue because of the missus, but am still annoyed at the slight fault on the analogue side of things..

I'd take it back and exchange it for another one as the analogue outputs should be balanced.
